FAQs

Why do you charge a planning fee?

1

Planning fees allow me to design truly one-of-a-kind trips while giving you access to my trusted hotel and travel partnerships. They reflect the time, expertise, and care that go into thoughtfully planning your trip.

Start by filling out the travel inquiry form. From there, I'll reach out to schedule a discovery call to talk through your ideas and make sure we're a good fit.

2

What’s the first step?

How far in advance should I reach out?

3

It truly depends on the trip! Most trips are best planned 8-12 months in advance, while bucket-list cruises and African safaris usually require more lead time. That said, I've planned many custom trips on much shorter timelines, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

Can I work with you if I already started planning?

4

Absolutely. No matter where you are in the planning process, I'm happy to help. I'll handle the logistics, fine-tune the details, and coordinate everything behind the scenes so you can relax and simply pack your bags.

PREFERRED PARTNERSHIPS
